This is the recipe from MAndy's shower. The ladies weren't disappointed, there was a pan of brownies from Deb Madsen. 1 stick oleo 1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs pinch salt 1 # can Hershey's chocolate syrup Mix in order. Bake in greased and foured jelly roll pan (10 X 15) for 20 minutes at 350. Cool thoroughly. Frosting: 1 stick oleo, 2 T. milk, 1 1/2 t. peppermint flavoring, 2 cups powdered sugar, food coloring. Spread on brownies and refrigerate until firm. Chocolate frosting: Melt 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips with 1 stick oleo. Beat until cool and consistency to spread...then spread over mint frosting. Keep refrigerated until ready to cut and serve.
